As part of the NFL's social justice efforts, we are supporting organizations across the country who are increasing access to opportunity for underserved communities.
Open to all teams and players, the NFL's social justice efforts include an ongoing acknowledgement of the ways systems racism contributes to barriers to opportunity. Long-term change requires committed, sustained, thoughtful and strategic engagement. As such, the NFL Foundation funds grants to 501c3 organizations that focus on the four pillars of Inspire Change:
Education
Economic Advancement
Police and Community Relations
Criminal Justice Reform
NFL social justice grant making takes place on an annual basis, and grant decisions are made by a working group comprised of NFL players and owners.
